  • Shipping & Delivery

    All hardware orders placed with POSIM should ship [insert amount of days] and should arrive within [X] business days. If an item is out of stock, it may not arrive within the specified time period and POSIM will notify you at the time of order or shortly thereafter.

    Free shipping applies on all orders more than $150 and is available within the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Additional shipping charges apply for 2-Day and Overnight shipping. We cannot change the shipment method on an order after the order has been placed.

    If ordering multiple products, they may ship at different times.

    Shipping for gift card orders vary slightly because they require artwork approval. If you need a rush order, please talk to a POSIM representative at the time of purchase.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Items that are dead on arrival (DOA) qualify for advance replacement and are returnable if the following conditions are met:

    • The request for return is filed with POSIM, LLC, within 15 days from the invoice date.
    • The item must be returned in the same box, clean and usable for resale, including manuals and cables as well as the additional items that arrived in the box.
    • The factory warranty has not been voided by the actions of the sales representative or user.

    Items that fail after they have been used in excess of the DOA period of time (within 15 days from the invoice date) are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. A request for return will be handled consistent with the manufacturer’s warranty.

    A request for return of an item for a refund will be considered only if it meets the following criteria. If the request meets these criteria, the items may be returned subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.

    • The item has not been used.
    • Less than 60 days has passed since the item was purchased from Posim, LLC.
    • The item is returnable to stock and can be resold.
    • Original product packaging is still included and can be sold. Please place items in a second box for shipping in order to protect the original product box.
